1. Free Repair Order Cancellation

You may cancel your doorstep pickup or store appointment at any time prior to our rider picking up the device or before physical repair work commences — completely free of cost.

2. Diagnosis Cancellation

If after free diagnosis you decide not to proceed with the repair, your device will be returned to you without any diagnostic fee or penalty.

3. 90-Day Warranty Refund Guarantee

If a replaced component develops a recurring defect within 90 days and our master technicians cannot resolve it after replacement, we issue a 100% refund for that repair service.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original UPI account, bank account, or payment card within 3 to 5 business days.
